[mood: restless] [music: Massive Attack - Teardrop]
PROMNEWS – I’m going to prom (got the YES! from mi madre), I got my dress, and it’s fking awesome. Yeah, I had to use fking because that’s how awesome it is.
I’m at my mom’s workplace on the laptop. Urgh, it’s so boring here. I should be doing my physics project, but I can’t connect to the Wireless Network. I tried hacking, but then their security/firewall is too encrypted. Requires a 13-alphanumeric password or a 26-hexnumeric password or something like that. At least I have my trusty blog and temporary laptop (still looking for one — the dell I’m using is okkkkay. still begging for the Apple) I love Massive Attack. Old school, but it calms you down. So get ready for a long blog full of photos and ranting.
sO LAST FRIDAY was the League Finals for swimming. Fun, pictures, swimming, skipping school, and everything else. We got there around 10 and just laid back and didn’t do anything till 12. I was so nervous, because everyone else was so fast. Saw Monkey. Took pictures with Helen. Met this cool kid named Brendon. He’s Vodka’s boyfriend. I knew Vincent was gay! I didn’t do much, because my first event was the 200. Everyone was so fast. Stupid Leland kids (I secretly love you guys, I just hate how fast you guys swim.) I didn’t see Jen from Leland. Met up with Anh and we talked. Met up with Thu and some other Piedmont kids. Met Sam. Swam my back, my relay, and then took a nap with Chris. Went home, was hella tired, and was supposed to go Phamming with the Phams and the Wongs and the Tsang and the Nguyen and the Basu, but ended up falling asleep.
THEN SATURDAY I woke up, put on clothes, and then stuffed my bag with a shitload of food and sunblock. Went to Independence and sat there, talked to Helen. Then me and Chris decided to go get coffee, so we drove around but couldn’t find a Starbucks, so ended up getting donuts for the team and buying Lee’s strawberrynopearl for me. Meet went well. SAW DON AGAIN. ROFLDON! DONUTDON! & Nick. Met Spencer. Meet ended, we dumped water onto Marisa, and the guys ran to the top (points to the tower). I swear, I think the other schools hate us. (“Yeah, you guys have a damn attitude problem.”)
So here are the pictures, because I know you don’t even bother reading the blogs ;D Click on the thumbnails.
